Facilitation
I craft and facilitate learning, ideation, and collaboration experiences for people. Facilitation topics include socially engaged design, collaboration in the public sector, and equitable community engagement.
Design Research
I leverage qualitative and quantitative research methods to gain a deeper understanding of stakeholders. My design research adventures range from conducting 70 interviews in 5 weeks in Michigan to fieldwork in Panama, Rwanda, Chile, and Thailand.
Product + Service Design
I translate research insights into products and services for social impact using prototyping and analytical problem-solving. Designs include an opportunity map to support collaboration in the drinking water sector and an adjustable, modular pediatric prosthetic socket for lower-limb amputees.
